I had an oil change. This service was great. The cashier diplayed excellent cusomer service, as did the mechanic eho changed the oil. However, the car was horrible. I waited about 20 minutes and line would not move. There were only two cars ahead of and the lunes moved forward. This happens each time i have an oil change. I have never been able to get th car washed. I rather pay at a place that vales my time tan to eat enlessly for a free car was.

Tried the full-service wash for $26 and honestly… not worth it. Mats weren’t cleaned at all, and at least 4 of the spinning brushes weren’t even working. Hard to justify the price when basic equipment on the line isn’t functioning. What really stood out was the long list of things they’re “not responsible for,” yet there doesn’t seem to be much accountability for their own setup. If you’re charging full price, the service should match. Definitely needs improvement

The services i received were great and they made quick work of the line of the carwash and the oil change was reasonable the manager jonathan and the young man at the register were very helpful and explained my bill and services i was paying for i asked for a oil change promotion and i paid exactly what i was told when i asked the mechanics for an estimate the car wash i got a sonic 3 with the discount from the oil change coupon and overall it was a great experience. will be coming here for my oil changes from now on

AVOID! These guys false advertise. They are disingenuous with their sales tactic. Bottom line is their synthetic oil change is NOT $59.99. I got in there after I waited outside for over 40 mns. I got in there and I told them that I am here for the synthetic oil change. Once the car was done, the kid at the desk quoted me for $110. I told him, “hey that’s nearly double than what you’re advertising” and then they turned around and blamed me! That I should have doubled check the price, and that I should have asked for the special specifically. After I argued that it’s false advertisement, the mechanic came out with 2 different oils and told me that they used the higher grade one. I have NO proof that they did. And why would you use an oil that’s not included in the service that I came there for. They then switched their excuse that the special is for Taxis only. I asked for a manager and one wasn’t onsite and the kid said “he called someone”. Honestly I don’t think he did. I’m sure they swindle so many folks to the same thing that they offer to take the taxes off and offer a $10 discount. I have no issues paying the actual amount but it’s the bad intentions that they had and the audac

Been coming here for about two years, started off good, a little pricey but the car looked great. Now the prices are still high and the quality of the wash is awful, today was my last straw.
